Jamila Reid

Jamila grew up in St. Louis, MO where she began her career. She transferred from the St. Louis Office to Des Moines, IA, then to the office in Austin, TX where she now lives with her husband, three children, and Chihuahua. As a family, they love exploring the many natural areas in the city of Austin. Her main focus is being a great mom, making sure to create magical moments for her kids. Jamila hopes to give them the same excitement in life that she had as a child, while also instilling good character values. She feels lucky to have found an opportunity with a company that provides and encourages professional growth and values good character as well.

Admitting that the work itself isn’t always easy, Jamila loves thinking of new ways to help develop staff and company culture while keeping her team engaged, motivated, and growing professionally within their careers. She iterated that all three are areas that need to be consistently worked toward, as well as giving back in the community.
