Since starting the company in 1993 he has managed significant growth and many changes at Trileaf Corporation, from a small regional environmental consulting company to a national, multi-disciplined Environmental, Architectural and Engineering company with over 220 employees, 19 locations and projects throughout every State in the U.S.. Under Scott’s leadership Trileaf has been recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America by Inc. 500, and has been listed on St. Louis Business Journal’s 25 fastest growing companies five separate times.
He also notes that it’s “the people” at Trileaf who make the work so meaningful. Over the years Scott has worked hard to develop a dynamic team of incredibly talented people who really WANT to do good work, are pleasant to be around, and work well together. He says, “It is just fun to be with them and achieve together.”
Scott is most proud of his marriage of 29 years and of raising two sons, ages 26 and 18. He also enjoys yard work, going to his cabin in the woods of Missouri, and traveling when time allows. As a man of Christian faith, Muschany is a church choir member and serves on the board of the local urban ministry called Restore St. Louis. Scott continually reminds employees of the company, “If we are consistent to our Mission Statement to ‘Honor God’ in the way we serve our clients and each other, and we consistently ‘Develop People’, then we will be well on our way to ‘Grow Profitably.’”
