For those sites wherein the Phase I ESA identifies a Recognized Environmental Condition, many clients choose to pursue further evaluation via a Phase II ESA. In such circumstances, Trileaf will prepare a detailed Scope of Work to identify the area of concern, the potential chemicals of concern, and the cost to pursue the detailed level of investigation.
