Environmental Due Diligence

Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence

Trileaf has performed environmental reviews of portfolios ranging in size from 13 to 3,000 sites, and our experience facilitates complete assessments of even the largest portfolios in less than 30 days.

Whether your company is purchasing a small collection of real estate assets or a large portfolio of telecommunications facilities, a comprehensive environmental review of the purchase is one of the most important aspects of the Due Diligence process.

Depending on your budget and timeframe, Trileaf can complete either a full environmental review of site compliance and environmental risks, or a narrowly focused assessment of particular areas of concern.

“Thank you for your diligence and speed in performing this environmental study. It appears to be quite thorough and well written. If asked for a reference, I’d be happy to provide positive feedback on your staff and service.”

Our Team Is Available and Accessible

To achieve this, a team of Trileaf personnel will review all available and accessible information in its entirety. This team will then summarize the information in either our proprietary tracker or a client-specific tracker developed through conversation, highlighting compliance deficiencies and/or high-risk sites. If desired, we can make recommendations from these findings.

Limited Environmental Due Diligence

Though most clients choose to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) because of its EPA recognition, not all circumstances justify a full evaluation. If you do not wish to obtain a complete Phase I ESA, consider instead a limited environmental due diligence report such as the scopes of work above – or, give us a call, and allow us to help you scope your projects to the level you believe most beneficial to your program.
