A Property Condition Assessment (PCA), depending on Client requirements or risk tolerance, can be general or very technical in nature. The purpose of a PCA is to assess the physical condition of a Property and reasonably predict necessary repairs or replacement of major building components. In turn, this assists the Client in the evaluation of the Property, allowing them to make sound financial decisions.
Trileaf conducts PCA's that meet or exceed the requirements of most current ASTM Standard Practice E 2018. The PCA includes:
- site reconnaissance
- local authority consultation
- calculation of repair or replacement costs
- preparation of final report
